Chris Colaw has been a Real Estate Broker and Consultant for the past 25 years and has specialized in the Southern California real estate market, with special emphasis in the Orange County, California area.
He has a solid educational background with a BA degree from the University of Washington, in Seattle, WA and a legal foundation derived from his studies at Southwestern University School of Law, in Los Angeles, California.
Chris started in the real estate industry in 1985 as a Realtor, becoming a state licensed Broker in the early 1990’s and a Co-Owner of his own company in 1996. He has represented hundreds of clients during this time period and has expertise and knowledge in all facets of the industry; with a diversity of negotiating and consulting skills that range from entry level properties to multi-million dollar Estates.
